Catherine began her role as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Stuart Dean on March 1, 2021.  As the head of the Human Resources function at the Company, she is responsible for delivering the people agenda supporting Stuart Dean’s business growth and helping drive business performance through the engagement and development of all our employees.

Catherine brings to the Company over 30 years of experience in HR roles in high performing global businesses, including the transformation of organizations through talent development solutions and change management.  Her experience includes working in a variety of industries ranging from telecoms, retail and finance with organizations such as Telefonica/O2, Cable and Wireless, ABN AMRO and most recently, Computacenter, where she was responsible for the recruitment and hiring of service personnel.

Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in German, Spanish and Politics from the University of Northumbria, UK and a Post Graduate qualification in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster, UK.   She is also a Certified Executive Coach; in addition to English (native), she speaks Spanish and German.

She currently resides in New Jersey with her husband Mark and their 3 sons.  Apart from watching rugby and a love of skiing, she enjoys nothing better than having a house full of friends and family to cook for!
